About Us

We’re SaaS people too

We’ve built SaaS companies, scaled tools like monday.com, ClickUp & Sage, and felt the same growth challenges you’re facing today. That’s why we built Praxxeum — to give SaaS founders the systems, playbooks, and leadership they need to break through growth ceilings and scale faster.

Our Story

Born from SaaS scale, built for SaaS founders.

Praxxeum isn’t a traditional consulting firm. We’re SaaS operators who’ve lived the journey from zero to multi-million ARR. We’ve sat in the founder seat, we’ve led sales and delivery teams, and we’ve scaled platforms like monday.com and ClickUp in competitive global markets.

That experience taught us something simple: SaaS companies don’t fail because of lack of effort — they stall because of disconnected GTM strategies, misaligned operations, and missing leadership.

Praxxeum exists to fix that.

The Praxxeum Manifesto

Our mission, vision, and values guide how we operate and what we deliver for SaaS founders worldwide. They reflect both our heritage as SaaS operators and our ambition to build the world’s leading SaaS advisory.

To help SaaS companies sell more, deliver better, and scale faster by providing productized consulting, proven frameworks, and executive expertise that unlock growth at every stage.

To build the world’s leading SaaS advisory — a global, productized consulting business that scales knowledge like software and rivals the largest professional services firms.

  • SaaS First → We are SaaS people, with deep operator experience.
  • Problem-Solving DNA → We turn complex challenges into clear solutions.
  • Speed & Precision → We deliver outcomes fast, without compromising quality.
  • Insight-Driven → Data and reporting inform every recommendation.
  • Productized Consulting → Repeatable frameworks with measurable results.
  • Global Perspective → Frameworks built to scale across markets.
  • Ambition to Lead → Building a $50M+ global advisory to compete at the highest level.

Exco Team

Led by SaaS operators, not career consultants.

At Praxxeum, our leadership team has sat where you sit now. We’ve built SaaS companies, scaled global platforms like monday.com and ClickUp, and led teams through the same growth challenges you’re facing.

We’re not theorists — we’re SaaS people too. That means every recommendation, framework, and sprint is battle-tested from real-world experience.
